1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and lk666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lk666 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a wager on lk666, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the lk666 platform. lk666 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Eligibility

Access to and use of lk666 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. lk666 is not available to persons who do not satisfy these requirements, and any account opened in violation of these criteria may be immediately closed without return of funds at lk666's sole discretion.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lk666 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and markets.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, automated accounts, and bots are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not hold a current self-exclusion status with lk666 or have an account that was previously closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must register using your own accurate personal details. You may hold only one active account on lk666 at any time.

lk666 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3Account Registration

To access real-money products on lk666, you must create a registered account by providing accurate and complete personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and associated bonuses forfeited.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered to your name. lk666 uses mobile number verification as part of the account security process.
• You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Notify lk666 support immediately of any changes to your registered contact details.
• You are responsible for all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested from your account, regardless of whether you authorised the action personally.

lk666 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time and to request supporting documentation including national ID, proof of address, and source of funds. Accounts under review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the review is complete.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

lk666 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-approved mobile money and payment platforms. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no hidden conversion fees applied by lk666.

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day — check the cashier for current limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amount may apply.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or subject to an active wagering requirement must satisfy the applicable rollover before a withdrawal is permitted.
• lk666 may decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the account.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any player who initiates a chargeback through their payment provider will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding winnings may be voided.

lk666 is not responsible for delays in payment processing that arise from issues on the part of the player's chosen payment provider, network outages, or banking system maintenance. Players should allow up to 24 hours for any payment to fully clear before contacting support.

5Bonuses and Promotions

lk666 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and free spins are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your lk666 account in the form of bonus balance. Bonus balance must satisfy the stated wagering requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet while a bonus is active, and the expiry period for each bonus are stated on the individual promotion page. Default wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player per household. lk666 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to a player accepting it.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering requirement process, or used to place hedging bets or arbitrage bets.
• lk666 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and void any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional error.

Promotions are intended for recreational players only. Players showing signs of systematic exploitation of promotional structures — including but not limited to matched betting, arbing, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their promotional access suspended and may face account closure.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on lk666 sports markets, live casino tables, and other real-money game products are subject to the following general rules, as well as any product-specific rules communicated within the game interface or promotion page.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It is the player's responsibility to review all bet details before confirming a wager.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet settlement, lk666 will endeavour to reconstruct the outcome using server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• lk666 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day may apply. These limits are communicated within the relevant betting interface and may be updated periodically.

For cricket betting specifically, lk666 follows standard industry settlement rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international matches. In the event of match abandonment or reduction in overs, specific void and settlement rules apply as communicated within the sports betting interface at the time of wagering.

7Responsible Gaming

lk666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable, controlled recreational activity. lk666 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players and encourages their use.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary break from lk666 for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from lk666 may request self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.
• lk666 is a 21+ platform only. We do not accept registrations from minors and will void and return all wagers if underage play is discovered.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lk666. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using the platform while under the age of 21 or on behalf of any person under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing hand information in live card games, or engaging in any form of match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Using lk666 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose. lk666 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the lk666 platform, its APIs, or its game servers.

lk666 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

9Account Suspension and Termination

lk666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools or via the support team.
• Where lk666 is legally required to do so by any applicable regulation, court order, or regulatory authority instruction.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance (excluding bonus balance) remaining after the resolution of all pending bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10Intellectual Property

All content available on the lk666 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of lk666 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any lk666 content without the prior written consent of lk666.

The lk666 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of lk666. Use of these marks without authorisation — including on third-party websites, social media profiles, or affiliate materials that have not been sanctioned by lk666 — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lk666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of opportunity, even if lk666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lk666's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12Amendments to These Terms

lk666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change that affects player rights, payment processing conditions, or bonus terms — lk666 will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered players or via a prominent notice on the platform.

For minor or administrative changes — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact details — lk666 may update these Terms without advance notice. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and lk666, the player is encouraged to contact the lk666 support team in the first instance at [email protected]. lk666 will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the matter may be escalated through alternative dispute resolution channels as applicable. lk666 does not accept jurisdiction of any court or arbitration body that has not been agreed upon in writing between lk666 and the player prior to the dispute arising.
